Soros is SO involved in tearing down America that he may have missed eastern Europe.
He seems to be in a mode of rebuilding America in the EU model.
If so it is possible he might be genuinely afraid that HIS empire could collapse.
On the other hand he might just be moving chess pieces around. The key is to watch what USA Senators do.
