Whoever wrote this article needs to remove their head from their posterior.

Reservists come under federal aegis. While National Guard men and women are funded by states.

So the phrase, “National Guard Reservist” is oxymoronic at best. And embarrassingly stupid for the supposed “journalist”.

Though, not surprising. “Journalists” revel in their deliberate and blissful ignorance of all things military!

“National Guard Reservist Charged with Attempting to Blow Up L.A. Subway
Allegedly possessed terrorist manuals, magazines”

BY: Adam Kredo
March 17, 2014 5:58 pm

SNIPPET: “The National Guard reservist charged on Monday with attempting to blow up the Los Angeles subway allegedly possessed terrorist manuals on how to be a “lone wolf” terrorist and was a frequent reader of al Qaeda’s Inspire magazine, which provides tips on how to make and detonate various bombs, according to FBI court documents.

The FBI charged Nicholas Teausant, a 20-year-old National Guard reservist, with attempting to help al Qaeda carry out a plot to attack the subway system in Los Angeles.

Teausant was a frequent Internet contributor to forums for would-be terrorists and is said to have owned a copy of the One Mujahid Pocketbook, which instructs readers on how to be a “lone wolf” terrorist and construct bombs.”

Are you saying that the headline would have been more accurate if it had read “Muslim student plans terrorist bombing?” (Dog bites man)

CBS2/KCAL9 also spoke with the suspect’s grandmother, Virginia Teausant, by phone the same day. She said he “did join something, a Muslim or something, a religion, and we were really surprised by that and not happy about it.”

What’s “keyword spamming”? All I added were words found in the article itself, not anything silly or nefarious, in an effort to make searching by keyword more usable. I had no intention of anything that I’d consider spamming.

I wasn’t going to post this at first, but if I’m being publicly accused of keyword spamming, then please give a public definition (in this thread or elsewhere) of what that’s supposed to be.

IS the American military doing ANY background checks before they take in new members???

A 20 year old. This is part of what our last 40 years of ‘education’ has wrought.

They’ve made the site almost useless for finding information now. The Democrats must be pleased.
