“What I’m getting at is this idea that those you disagree with should be jailed merely because you disagree with them. People throwing around this “jail ‘climate change deniers’” crap better be careful because crap can be thrown right back at them.”

I understand; I don’t know how a professor expressing these sentiments keeps his job or his credibility. It is not such a big stretch to substitute “believers in a divine being” for “deniers of climate change”...
