Doesn't it? The part that both police and protestors were shot by the mysterious snipers in Kiev was pretty much ignored in the media. It does seem suspicious that local hotheads could actually choose such an ideal shooting location and shoot so perfectly.
A good response would be to outlaw protests. Why not? US authorities at times outlaw large gatherings that could get out of control or be unsafe.
