Where is a safe place to go besides the US. At least in the US there is some hope for rule-of-law and remedies when the rule-of-law is off-track. Most countries have immigration policies that would make it impossible to go there unless you already had a secured job in that nation. For example, try and take your software skills to India. Where is a safe place to go besides the US... Isn't the tradeoff always between safety and freedom. I look forward to the day I can relocate to somewhere more "dangerous" (and more free).

Over the past few years, I’ve come to doubt that. “Law” today has become emotion-based rather than founded in the Constitution. Affirmative action is indefensible under any interpretation of US law.
