He’s wondering if that’s what obama meant by “I’ll have more flexibility after the elections.”
The EU is passing very minor additional sanctions as a rebuke to Russia for annexing Crimea.
It will not go beyond that unless Russia makes further aggressive moves.

A bunch of eunechs the lot of them. We need to be massing our military in eastern Europe and supplying the Ukrainians with arms.
