Some of my docs have patients who have enrolled in ACA, sent their checks to the exchange for the first three months and their check has cleared but Blue Cross still has not received the payment. At least BC didn’t go ahead and electronically pay the claims so we don’t have to deal with them taking money out of the doc’s checking accounts but some of the patients owe the docs a chunk. One lady told me today she had spent at least two hours a day on hold on the phone for the past two weeks and still no response. Huge mess.

I voted for Romney (despite holding my nose)...and I will tell you, I will NEVER NEVER NEVER...EVER vote for a Democrat.

If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.
Either way they would be helping elect a Democrat. The primaries are where we need to concentrate our efforts, but if we fail there, the only logical and moral choice is to vote Republican.
That depends on the candidate the R party puts up. I do not owe the R party my vote and I resent anyone who suggests they own it just because. If they put up crappy candidates there are other options
