LOL. I lived a few miles from there for many years. Oakland looks good compared to Richmond. The only thing they have going is a Chevron plant which supports the entire city. Of course, they blame all their problems on Chevron but lost in court trying to tax it to death.

I always wondered if they had been entrepreneurs... or had inherited their wealth...
