Well if he resigns (YEH!) then how would he “appoint” anyone?
Could someone please show me this “appoint” function, not to mention the CEO position in the Constitution?

Yes, our “leader” will now be appointed, not elected; kind of like the old Soviet Politburo that gave us such “talents” as Khrushchev, Stalin and Brezhnev. The people are far too stupid and self-concerned to elect such natural nobility to the leadership positions.
Obama has a lot in common with Kim Jong-un, and their differences are merely degree, not in-kind.

A couple months ago I asked myself a question and the answer involved me remembering standing in Dachau, looking at the ovens and wondering who made them. Were they purchased and then re-tasked by the NAZIs - leaving the manufactuer completely in the dark as to what they were going to be used for? Or did the manufacturer have someone on-site helping design the installation and making suggestions as to how to improve their body-burning capabilities?
The question that led to that memory was: “What company is worse than Google”

When you look past the “Google gives me free stuff” lie, and really start to dig into how it operates, you can’t help but realize that Google’s a piece of sh!t company run by asshats and Eric Schmidt is the biggest a-hole of them all.
