Starting at age 14, Nita Dittenber was passed among four families over two years through a practice called "private re-homing."

We have a “custody transfer” of a kid to us - and for good reason. It looks like someone is going to have to start checking to see of kids are STILL in the home, if the practice is that prevalent.

This sounds like a pedophile’s dream. Adopt children from overseas, then trade them with others. No legal documents, no attorneys involved, etc. How despicable.
Sorry don’t believe that for one minute... If most people sucked then the entire world would like like sub sahara africa, and that’s not the case.

This poor girl has suffered so much that she wants to go back to Haiti.
