Realistically the only way that happens even in Cali is for the men to have hurt the girls bad enough for the hospital to take a rape kit seriously, or for the rape to be interrupted, or for the idiots to brag about it, or if there was camera footage. Otherwise the rapes would have produced reasonable doubt because of the types of incidents you are focusing on.
You can never prove rape when it’s a job function ,, just lack of payment ,,, the violence on the other hand is actionable ... you need to stick to what is actionable.
