This reminds me of when Jimmy Carter relinquished our control of the Panama Canal for nothing. A company owned by the Chinese Military ended up running the canal.Huh? What do you mean? After the treaty with Carter in the late 70s, the Panama Canal was controlled by the Panama Canal Commission until 1999. That Commission was joint between the USA and Panama. After we left in 1999, the Panama Canal Authority took it over; it's a Panamanian government agency. What company are you talking about? I can't find any mention of such a company.
