The Family Foundation of Virginia this week released the following to the media regarding the possible violation of state law by a Roanoke abortion center and the Department of Health. The Family Foundation has filed a petition in Richmond Circuit Court to receive documents from the Department of Health that it has thus far refused to turn over after a FOIA request.

The Family Foundation of Virginia today filed a petition with the Richmond Circuit Court against the Virginia Department of Health for its failure to respond to a Freedom of Information Act request seeking documentation verifying that the Department of Health fulfilled its legal obligation to report a possible incident of child sexual abuse. The case surrounds a possible violation of the Commonwealth’s mandatory reporting of child sexual abuse law by the Roanoke Medical Center for Women. The FOIA request to the Department of Health to determine follow up actions taken by state officials has not been answered in the time required by state law.

On Tuesday, March 4, 2014, The Family Foundation, for the second time, asked the Department of Health for any correspondence it has regarding whether it had notified law enforcement about the possibility that an incident of child sexual abuse had taken place and had also gone unreported by the Roanoke Medical Center for Women.

Oh boy if they start doing things correctly their profits will suffer and they will be held accountably, i mean what is more important than money they make for murdering innocent babies in a most horrible way?

Where is the logic, projects that would benefit millions of people are stopped because of a mouse, correct your child in public and you incur the wrath of authorities, voice you concerns at a public meeting and you are told that you are out of order and if you continue you will be arrested but if you murder an innocent baby in a horrific way that’s ok.

Good luck. This is a battle in a war that has already been lost, but keep trying.

This is true in all 50 states. That’s right, the laws may be slightly different, but all abortion clinics could be shut down over this, but they WON’T be.

EVERY underage female seeking an abortion is proof of statutory rape. All abortion clinics are required to report this to authorities. None do. Why not? Because it would kill their business. The murdering of babies, even in today’s era of promiscuity, is still frowned upon.

Women’s “health” my A$$. Abortion is where they make their money. That and some clinics selling, dead baby parts.

Life Dynamics has been fighting this war for years. If you want to be completely informed about abortion and the Pro Life movement (past, present, future), you need to check them out.

At the bottom right corner is a list of other sister sites.

One of them is http://www.klannedparenthood.com/

This one everyone should check out, especially African Americans.

Hard core, nothing squishy about these folks. Telling it like it is.

I have no affiliation with Life Dynamics or interest in this non profit group other than saving the unborn.

Really? If the war has been lost, why keep fighting?
