Russia to Europe: We can do whatever we want
EU Observer ^ | 22.03.14 @ 18:32 | Valentina Pop

Foreign policy debates are usually a polite affair. Ideas may clash, but the exchange rarely gets personal. This was not the case on Friday (21 March) during the “Brussels Forum”, an annual gathering of European and American politicians and experts, including the Russian ambassadors to the EU and NATO. […]

… NATO secretary general Anders Fogh Rasmussen cornered the Russian ambassador to NATO, asking why Russia is not respecting the international principle it subscribed to in 1999—that each country has a right to freely decide on its international alliances.

“This is true, but there is also the international law enshrining the principle of indivisibility of security. Nobody will improve their security at the expense of the security of others. NATO is free to take any decision. And Russia is free to take any decision to protect its legitimate security interest,” the Russian ambassador, Alexander Grushko, said.

“From the beginning, we said that if NATO will go on with enlargement, it will continue producing new dividing lines, moving dividing lines towards the Russian borders. We also said that in some cases, these dividing lines will cross inside countries. It’s up to you if you listen or not,” he added. …

I think he did. The West treats Russia like an errant child that must be spanked. Of course despite this, the path of dialogue must be kept open.

No one in Europe is looking for war. Yet national differences are not so easily reconciled. For some of them no solution exists. This too is a fact of life.

That would have no bearing. The first black Jimma is the problem.

Absolutely true.

We allowed this vacuum in the first place, and it’s completely natural and expected for Putin to take advantage of it. America and the West consciously embraced this weakness, just as it has consciously embraced moral and cultural degeneracy.

America no longer even offers a positive counterbalance to the rest of the globe. Our leaders and our culture used to promote freedom and democracy. Now we just promote deviancy and homosex.

Russia suffers from an inferiority complex, someone observed yesterday, and to prove its own worth to itself it must attack others. It’s always been this way.

Exactly. We saw this on display Tuesday in Russia. Russians have national feelings while the West has banned them in the name of European unity. Russia is not going to give up Crimea to mollify the EU and Washington.

Here are the facts.

Once both sides know for 100% sure they neither will actually use nuclear weapons... those weapons become completely irrelevant. And without a nuclear deterrent... there is NOTHING the west can do to stop Russia.

Europe long ago gutted it military to prop up their failing welfare systems, depending on the US nuclear deterrent, which is no longer a deterrent.

Russia will now take whatever it wishes, and China next, while we will sit here and be unable to do anything. But on the bright side, we will have Obamacare!

*sigh*

Europe got what it wished for - a weak America under obama.

And that’s exactly what “Obama” and his handlers want, too.

If western civilization wants to contracept, abort, homosexualize and euthanize itself out of its existence then so be it. Others will take our place.

And that’s the truth. Oh, and also dope itself stupid.

China is the dog who hasn’t quite barked yet. Putin makes his move, and China watches us. We have been weighed in the balance and found wanting and now the two superpowers in the world know that they will be unopposed. I expect something to happen in Asia before too long.

I’m sure the Russians noticed when Europe attacked Libya they ran out of bombs in about 24 hours.

For decades now, the left has ingrained the one world kumbaya BS into western minds. Not everyone in the world bought into that fantasy. Some people in the world are happy with who and what they are and through their eyes we are insane.

The problem is that the left was so effective that even some conservative Americans are ‘shocked’ when one of those countries says “Sorry, but THIS is how the world worked for 10,000 years...shove your Utopia”.

I suppose being reminded of eternal truths sucks when one has bought the BS. But it’s a harsh world and even harsher to those who forget or ignore the lessons of history.
