Didn’t they say the pilot had moved his family a day or two before the flight? Or was news rescinded?
Maybe he moved his family to protect them because he was being blackmailed.

I sometimes receive such mystery calls with fake Caller ID. They are usually telemarketers who are selling car insurance.
