Q. I am 63 years old and uninsured. I have not enrolled in Obamacare, mainly because of the website issues and security concerns. I have been waiting for all of this to shake out.

Of course you are correct— as if that matters. We are talking about the expectations of liberals. They HAVE to be covered. It doesn’t matter when or even IF they bought insurance. They MUST be covered for free, no matter who else must pay for it.

Believe it. Great surf coast as I head there once in awhile. Think San Fran without the in-your-face lib/fag propaganda but the locals are ready to pounce on you if they find out you’re not a libtard like they are..

...option of allowing people who had difficulties enrolling to qualify for subsidized exchange coverage retroactively to Jan. 1 or...

Perhaps I'm wrong, but the minefield there is that most people don't realize that if they buy into "subsidized" coverage, they are, in effect, signing over a reverse mortgage in favor of the government, on anything of value that they own.

Sir, I am ever so sorry I hit your car. It does look like your daughter’s arm is broken. And that Ferrari looks totaled. I’ll take care of everything. Let me call and get some car insurance, hold on.

The moment that Obama, Pelosi, Reid et al began crowing about the fact that Insurance companies would be compelled to cover pre-existing conditions, the whole plan ceased being "insurance."

Once explained in small, non-legalese words, even children can understand the concept of real

How can we exist in a world where people don’t have enough to eat? If someone is out of funds for food, which is more important than health care (which would you rather have on your deserted island, a fully stocked whole foods or a surgeon?), people who didn’t plan ahead for buying clothing should be able to walk into macys, walk out with what they need, and then call up Obama and get some clothing insurance to cover it.

Paid for by Obama’s STASH. Stolen Trillions from American Stupid Hardwork.

“You can be enrolled and still not be covered as many are finding out!”

Only two types of medicine have gotten progressively cheaper and better since their introduction; Lasik surgery and cosmetic surgery. This is because they are not covered by “insurance.” They are instead market driven.

The third party payer system came about because of World War 2 wage and price controls. Companies said, “We can only pay you x amount of pay, but we’ll also cover your doctor’s visits, pregnancies and drugs.” (That’s because the wage and price board didn’t think about that loophole when they wrote the rules.) Because those “benefits” were popular and dirt cheap and non-taxable income they remained long after the reason for them was gone.

What we need to do is totally illuminate all third party pay arrangements. The cost of medicine would drop dramatically. The word “insurance” would return to its original meaning.

Originally, “insurance” was based on the probability that something would happen. It now means getting subsidies for things that will happen.

This guy wants to treat insurance like a loan. Get it after I need it, with a lump sum payment right now in exchange for smaller repayments over a period of years.

While this guy might have been able to get insurance before his illness, what kind of a loan could he get at age 63 with health issues?

Obamacare coverage is the new sub-prime mortgage loan.

Some greying ponytail trolling on how to legally commit insurance fraud.

Go to your local Acorn office to find out.

I think he will get the after the fact coverage. The standard in the ‘hardship’ case for avoiding the tax penalty for not signing up for coverage is an affidavit; not evidence, but a sworn statement. I think the same standard will be applied in these cases. Obamacare is not insurance, it is government sponsored health care. You cannot compel companies to pay for existing conditions and call it insurance. They are simply paying bills.

It’s not fraud anymore. Obamacare covers preexisting conditions. Let the good times roll. And Sandra Fluck gets free birth control

BOL!

As conservative as you are, I’m surprised that you haven’t been arrested for being a subversive conservative by the left wing gestapo in control of Santa Cruz and being treated in a psych hospital for evil conservatives.
