Legalize gay “marriage” and enact all 2700 pages of it in the middle of the night on Christmas Eve... and have buried in there that while queer marriage is ok... divorce is not.

A misguided lawyer in black robes overturned a rational decision by the voters of the State of Michigan. The decision was rational because men living with men are friends; women living with women are friends.

From the story in post 20, it looks like the lesbian law clerk emotionally manipulated the judge right down to bringing the kids to court the day the arguments were heard.

This is exactly what they did in CA. Then it was the reason for the “equal protection ruling.” You see, since some people were already married, then they would be harmed by a ban on their marriage, as a result gay marriage must be legalized!

I would demand that those clerks show records of how many hetero marriage licenses were given on Saturday, how many business licenses were applied for, how many birth certificates were obtained, how many death certificates were sought, how many people asked for a concealed carry permit?

If they can’t, then it appears that they have violated the equal protection clause and should seriously consider stepping aside and letting someone else do the job.
