NEWT GINGRICH: First lady, Senator, Secretary Clinton is very famous for being famous and as long as she can continue to be famous, she will be famous.

Now, you're in the middle of a mess in Russia, her reset, which by the way was mistranslated and actually said in Russian overcharge and had apparently been taken from a jacuzzi or a swimming pool from a Geneva hotel. The reset -- the fact is as Secretary of State, she reset our relationship with Russia so well that you currently have the occupation of Crimea and the potential occupation of Ukraine. So, Secretary Clinton on substance, the morning this race becomes about substance, she will start losing support literally overnight.

With each passing year, her "support" wanes. Young people today are not as enamored with the Clintons as their Grand Parents were. To them, Hillary is just an old hag from yesteryear whose husband got a blow job from a little girl in the Oval Office.

Wow! When was the last time we had a Presidential Election about “substance”. It’s race, or entitlements, or racism, gay bashing....... I don’t see that changing.

Substance?

How many among the American voters value substance?

We make fun of the blacks and their so-called “leadership”, but we have the same sort of fools leading us.

Gingrich is on that list.

Young people are not enamored by her.

But who in the GOP will bring substance to the campaign? C’mon Newt, be real.

Newt may be making a mistake in thinking that 2016 will ever be about substance.

Look at the Clown currently in office. Empty suit city.

Hey Newt...if substance matters, there would be no Obama presidency.

I agree completely.......substance had nothing to do with ‘08 and ‘12 - and the iPhone/Twitter crowd hasn’t a clue about what’s going on in the world.

They were dumbed down by a Marxist gov. education system to be only concerned with two things: self, and now.

For a second, I thought this was about Hillary! losing weight, literally, overnight.

I figured that would not be likely

“the morning this race becomes about substance, she will start losing support literally overnight.”

This country elects packaged “movie stars” now. Experience and intellect are way down the list.

Perhaps. But Hillary is not black.

Gingrich has a point but the same could have been said of Barack Obama in 2008 - and he won the election. Voters rarely focus on substance but on perception.

However, Hillary has little going for her but a fading political cachet and the fact that her election as president would be - all together now -'historic'. Voters did that once with Obama and may not want to gamble again following his tremendous disappointment for many young voters.

As always, Hillary's success or failure will have a lot to do with who the Republican party nominates. Another RINO and she likely wins it. A real conservative opponent and she may flounder and fail, as she should.

No worries. The LSM will make sure it’s NOT about substance. It’s gonna be about “First Woman President”, “Republican War on Women”, blah blah, blah, woman, woman, woman.

I believe that the electoral college is now firmly in the hands of democrat-leaning voters. The "gibsmedat" entitlement-seekers, together with the self-hating left-wing portion of the middle class are now the majority in a controlling number of states.

Don't see 270 EVs in any GOP candidate's future. Is Virginia really still a swing state? Florida? And how much longer until the Hispanic plurality in Texas is old enough to vote?
