Looks like Egypt is serious about getting this problem under control. A lot of people were murdered by the Soros/US-sponsored muzzie takeover of Egypt.

Soros and the US had little to do with it-- the Muslim Brotherhood has been active in Egypt since the 1920's.

Not everything that happens in other countries is under US control.

I hasten to add that I can't think of a bunch more deserving of the noose, except perhaps for the Democratic party here.

I wonder of Nic Robertson, of CNN (Tahrir square fame) will be there to find Egyptians swooning over Obama and his brilliant leadership on the world stage.

“The view from here is one of very happy to now hear that President Obama has swung behind the people.” _Nic Robertson, CNN, Tahrir Square 2011, Egyptian ouster of Mubarek.

The US-Based NGO’s financed the revolutionaries, and Mubarak was an impediment to The Obama Administrations plan for a “Greater Middle East” that isolates Isreal. (more recently rebranded to the milder-sounding “New Middle East.)

Mubarak was staunchly opposed to Obama policies on Iran and how to deal with its nuclear program, on Obama policies towards the Persian Gulf states, to Syria and to Lebanon as well as to the Palestinians.

He was a formidable thorn in the larger Radical Liberal agenda for the entire region. he had to be removed for the agenda of the Radical Islamists around Obama to go forward.

Oh no...
That was a previous Current Truth, that is different from the new, newer, newest current truth, that is Obama and the US had nothing to do with Mubarak’s overthrow, no matter much credit they took for it.

And anyone who doesn’t agree is simply a racist, that hates the idea of a black president.

Consider this an experiment in the effectiveness of different Rules of Engagement. The US (and allies) used the kid gloves in Iraq (to win hearts and minds); Egypt is using the iron fist. The World Policeman is busy just now, having a donut. The Egyptians have a free hand — and it seems they prefer to use it as an iron-clad fist.

Nor do I. If you read the second line of the story, you'll see that the Egyptian courts didn't pass the sentences for political beliefs — they passed them for actions.

“A court in Egypt has sentenced to death 528 supporters of ousted Islamist President Mohammed Morsi.

They were convicted of charges including murdering a policeman and attacks on people and property.”

You gotta pay closer attention. No one’s getting hung for a political belief. These are the dirt bags involved in ordering/ shooting-to-kill un-armed street protesters. That’s worth the death penalty anytime/anywhere and it speaks to the lack of arms of the population that they’d lived to go to trial. The folks , Being armed to the teeth in this country does indeed keep the gummint brown shirts minding their manners. There would most likely never be a trial here if some dumbass gave the order to shoot peaceful, un-armed protesters.

A court in Egypt has sentenced to death 528 supporters of ousted Islamist President Mohammed Morsi.

They were convicted of charges including murdering a policeman and attacks on people and property.

The group is among some 1,200 Muslim Brotherhood supporters on trial, including senior members.

I'm sure 0dumb0 is pissed over the death sentences issued to his mooozlim brotherhood buddies! Probably unsettling to him as he was getting ready to slice another golf ball!

Let Muslims handle their Muslims. Better them than us.

The critical issue is the imams and their mosques. If they’re allowed to continue to preach the most radical interpretation of Islam, then this is just a carousel on which we’re changing out a few ponies. They’ll have new ones in no time.

I just think you are according way too much forethought to both Obama and Soros.

Obama (like the rest of the left) has a default anti-Israel, anti-American bias, especially when it comes to dark skinned savages who hate the West.

Obama wasn't necessarily "pro Muslim Brotherhood", just biased (and stupid) enough to think political engagement could change them, particularly if we withdrew support from a pro-American dictatorship.

Soros is just a funder of obnoxious NGO's having little or no power outside the US or Western Europe: it's only in the decadent West that people are actually naive enough to think Twitter can overthrow a government. As soon as the Brotherhood took power, the left of center groups funded by Soros were shoved aside, as such useful idiots usually are. Having had a taste of incipient sharia lunacy, a lot of their members are now siding with the new military government.

Every kangaroo court convicts people based on supposed “actions.” Convicting 528 people of murder in a two-day trial just screams politically-motivated show trial.

The Egyptian people and military wrested control of their country back from the Muslim Brotherhood, which was supported by the Obama administration to the hilt.

Obama still has Miuslim Brotherhood opertives in his White House. The press has gone silent on Egypt because the ugly truth would make their beloved leader not just look very wrong, but reveal hoim and the former ambassador to be complicit in the ugly thjings the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood was up to. Including events, IMHO, directly associated with Benghazi.

“I just think you are according way too much forethought to both Obama and Soros.”

I wish I was, but that is where the facts lead to. Remember when it was “CRAZY!!!” to think that Soros was funding a shadow-party outside of Dem Party control?

They have successfully comprised the US Press, as well. They were more than willing to lead with the wildest conspiracies and rumors about Bush, or even Romney, but they remain silent, WILLINGLY, about what Obama and his minions, (in fact almost any Democrat), are doing.

After the election that Morsi allegedly won, the Egyptian court refused to ratify the results for some reasons (fraud?) and days ensued where things were in limbo while they tried to determine who won. Instead of letting the Egyptians sort things out, the MB-aligned obama administration spoke out and pressured them to decide in Morsi’s favor.

No one talks about this tidbit anymore but that is how I remember things happened.
