Yes, the first stage of this Falcon 9 has the landing legs installed, and they're going to try for a soft landing in the ocean.

Hope they get some good video of the attempt.

Doesn’t sound like a very well kept secret. ;d

It says there’s only a 40% chance the weather will be right.

It appears the next Soyuz launch will tilt the expedition crew members aboard the ISS (International Space Station) in favor of the Russians. In the event of hostilities, guess what happens to the Americans aboard the ISS.

And if anyone is in the Oregon area and is interested there is a rocket launch called NXRS - the National Xtreme Rocket Show.

“Russian seg will have three Russian’s and the us seg will have two Americans and one Japanese and your point being, oh ya this is a normal rotation”

No, not quite.

Soyuz TMA-10M Crew: Oleg Kotov, Sergey Ryazanskiy, and Michael Hopkins landed 10 March 2014 11:24 p.m. EDT.

Left aboard the ISS at present are only three crewmen: Soyuz TMA-11M Crew: Richard Mastracchio, Koichi Wakata, and Mikhail Tyurin.

Soyuz TMA-12M Crew: Alexander Skvortsov, Oleg Artemyev, and Steve Swanson are now about to launch to the ISS and increase the number of crewmen to six.

It remains to be seen when in May 2014 Soyuz TMA-12M Crew: Alexander Skvortsov, Oleg Artemyev, and Steve Swanson will land; before or after Soyuz 39 Crew: Reid Wiseman, Maxim Suraev, and Alexander Gerst launch on or about 26 May 2014.

Putin’s going to do to the ISS exactly what he did to Robert Kraft’s Super Bowl ring.

Kraft says Puten stole the Super Bowl ring, and Putins says he doesn’t remeber who kraft is or ever meeting Kraft. No doubt Putin will conveniently forget his agreements concerning the ISS.

I wonder of Sarah Palin has ever seen the ISS from her back yard?

“I wonder of Sarah Palin has ever seen the ISS from her back yard?”

The answer is very likely to be yes. The ISS will next be visible in Wasilla, Alaska tomorrow morning, Wednesday, at 4:48AM for less than 1 minute and again at 6:21AM for about 3 minutes along the southwest to southeast horizon.

Thanks! I believe the launch has been postponed 24 hours due to range problems. I’ll keep my eye on it.

OK, I’ll revise my estimation. It was like watching grass grow, just not as exciting.
