A haredi Orthodox man from London visiting New York for his grandson’s wedding was attacked.
The 65-year-old man had his face smashed into the sidewalk early Tuesday morning in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Borough Park as he left the wedding reception, the New York Daily News reported. His lip was split and a tooth was chipped; nothing was stolen, according to CBS New York. He was treated at a local hospital.
New York police and a Brooklyn councilman differ over whether it was a knockout game assault in which the assailant tries to knock out an individual with one punch. A spate of such attacks in New York in recent months appeared to target identifiably Jewish people. Other incidents have occurred in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington, D.C., as well as other U.S. states, according to reports.
“Simply put, there is no place for this type of heinous behavior in our city, as nobody should be afraid to walk the streets of their community at any time of day or night,” New York City Councilman David Greenfield, who represents Brooklyn, said in a statement. Greenfield believes it was a knockout attack.
New York police are not calling it a knockout attack because the victim was not punched as they were in previous attacks, according to the Daily News.
A Long Island, N.Y., man was arrested in mid-December in connection with four knockout attacks that date back as far as April. A Brooklyn man was arrested in January for several attacks that took place in November and December.
No, the “Knockout Game”, ie, where a young black man blindside punches a white person,

I'm assuming this elderly man was shoved down (probably from behind), since it says that he broke a tooth. So it's definitely the type of random physical assault on an unknown individual that the term "knock-out game" covers. Or do you actually have to be knocked out by a blow from the front in order to be a statistic?
They don’t want the knockout game to exist. Look at who the mayor is.
I heard a guy on the radio last night, “Tom Hartman” I think. He was blaming FOX news for perpetuating and supporting the knockout game. FOS is white people and whitey wants whitey’s to be afraid of black youths.
When will the media start getting upset over the deliberate, racist attacks by a privileged minority?

You just can’t buy that kind of crazy.
It has to match technique, motive, what terms the assailant uses as "shorthand" for the attack, how many people were in a group the attacker, whether or not the attack was recorded, whether or not laughter is involved, and so on.
Like the attack with a brick? Not knockout game, used a tool.
The police and other parts of the government bureaucracy don't want the public to become alarmed or appropriately careful.

There are numerous videos of knock out punches here ( one includes a feral yut hitting a GIRL from behind and her kicking his ass). The idea is to slam the brain backwards (frontal) or slam it to the front (from behind). The fun is to say “I knocked out or killed a whitey”. Holder says it is to clear out their nasal passages.
And according to a previous police statement in a similar incident...if the video is not uploaded to the interwebs, it ain't The Knockout Game.

Agree. At least you just got raped, mine was a rape and a hate crime. It’s stupid feel good liberalism at its worst. Hate Crimes do nothing and are a violation of the 1st Amendment.
I don’t care about some criminals motives. They committed a crime, try them, convict or acquit, etc. All crime is an act of hate.
The phrase, “Tit For Tat” always made me want to go out and get a tattoo.
