“This is a generation of youth who believe that “all thumbs” is a sign of physical fitness.”

Just classic!

Why buy insurance that doesn’t cover squat? By the time this is finished there won’t be a decent health care facility in any state. Might as well go across the border to Tijuana.

I haven't read the law

I think it's a fair guess no one HERE has actually read the law

But we all remember the reports from some years back that within the law is gun registration, confiscation, how many cars do you drive (I made that one up, but it's probably there) and a bunch of et cetera's

Isn't THAT the way we should be approaching this ?

By now, people are numbed to the obamacare word and controversy. The bars are silent because baseball season is starting and have you seen the spring line-up for ABC ?

Honey ... they want to know how many cars we own before they'll allow us to sign up .... what should I do ... ?

Harry Reid sez that people aren’t signing up because they don’t know how to use the Internet. HAH!

Well harry, the crook, reid thinks people are to stupid to use the Internet.

This is the same person who make mind numbingly stupid statements that have no credibility in a world of reality.

face it, the only people who signed up for this were those with pre-existing conditions and those who lost their policies because of this who still want insurance.

I flipped onto Seth Meyer’s Late Late Night Show, and in his monologue, he asked how many signed up for Obamacare. Not one. Not one clap, not one shout, nothing, which (haha) put Seth off a bit.

People don’t like this thing.

I learned how to “speed read” many years ago and can finish a 500 page book in about 3 hours with enough information to speak knowledgeably on its subject matter.

When I took to trying to read the ACA, I was tripped up so many times in the first 20 pages that I gave up. It’s filled with so many mental gymnastics as to state that the federal government can do whatever it wants whenever it wants with whatever money it has to whomever it wants to affect and it can all be done by Sibelius, Obama, or any of the Federal cronies who wrote the bill. I gave up around page 150. It’s such a nightmare.

People don’t like this thing.

I'll go you one better. Bottom line is, people don't like being told what to do. Especially by people who think they know better.

If the left wanted affordable health insurance there are things they could have done to make it happen. Omambacare is not about health insurance. Fortunately for us, they had the water boiling before they dropped the frogs (us) in.

Perhaps the actual goal of Obamacare?

My benchmark libinlaw: “You talk like the affordable care act were some evil plot to control healthcare”.

Yes, I talk like that because it is. There were other ways to achieve the goal of affordable care without the government taking such a heavy hand in the system.

Therefore, the goal was to implement the heavy hand, not to have affordable care.

The NRA boasted that the gun information gathered from doctor questionaires can not be used to build a gun ownership database. You know, the medical records that are now required to be stored in a federal database. If we can’t trust unelected unaccountable bureaucrats in DC who can we trust? Certainly you can trust Eric Holder with the information in your medical records, right?
