YOU, the American Taxpayer, is loaning Ukraine $1 Billion dollars. The IMF, of which we assure 60% of, is loaning Ukraine $18 Billion. We all know this one will never, ever be paid back.
Russia is raising the price of Ukraine’s gas by 79%.
So YOU are paying Putin for Ukraine’s gas. Ain’t it wunnerful?
With 80,000 Russian troops massed at the Russian-Ukrainian border, Russia should be cutting off its gas supplies to Ukraine, thereby assuring that the Ukrainians will be out of gas when the invasion comes.
And it will be all the better for Russia if Ukrainian officials announce, as they’re doing now, that THEY, not the Russians, are responsible for cutting off Europe’s gas. Then everyone will hate the Ukrainians and cheer Russia’s invasion so the gas can be turned on again.
The Ukrainians would be wise to surrender to Russia immediately.
There was a demonstration in front of the parliament. It dispersed. The end. I do know that Russian TV was playing this up for all it was worth and it seems like you’re lapping it all up like a credulous fool.

Allegedly, Ukraine’s national guard refuses to stop the Right Sector protest in Kiev.
The “Right Sector” wants a shooting war against Russia. IMHO, not real smart.
What they want or don’t want won’t affect Putin one way or the other. Putin will find or manufacture whatever pretexts he believes are necessary to justify an invasion.
It’s like that little, bitty dude in the “Beyond Thunderdome” flick yelling, “Embargo!”
It’s Tass, BTW: Russians projecting against their world of western enemies again. The Russians have implied threatens of embargoes and hiked prices before.

Putin is a dirty-necked dicator; he’s grown rich to the tune of $75 billion since he took over Russia. He was in the KGB for 14 years when the Berlin Wall fell. He adores power and brutality. He’s helping Iran become a nuclear power to threaten Israel and our other allies. He’s the scum of the earth. Someday his admirers will see it too. In the meantime, they’ll be content enjoy the cuteness of their remarks in support of him.
