Malaysia will fight any ruling that it was murder by pilot every step of the way.
The 1997 crash of a Singaporean SilkAir jet was ruled by NTSB as pilot suicide taking 100 lives, but Singaporean authorities refuse to accept it.
The EgyptAir Flight 990 in 1999 was ruled co-pilot suicide by NTSB. Egyptian authorities, however, rejected that explanation.
No airlines want to believe their pilots are capable of this but all evidence points in that direction.

The Malaysian authorities are providing a text book worthy example of “How to generate and encourage conspiracy theories!” I can’t blame the relatives of the passengers for their justified anger and refusal to believe anything anyone tells them at this point. I can’t imagine going through such an emotional ordeal.
I could accept this...but, suppose a cargo fire developed, and burned into the passengers and the pilots area, did the fire stop burning, as the aircraft was still structurally sound to enable flight for 7 hours.... More likely an explosion, and decompression, incapacitated the crew.....
What cracks me up is on my cell with google earth I can see a coke can. Then, they come out with sat photo with about a 300 foot resolution. My big ole hairy butt.

Day before yesterday The Precedent made a remark about a nuke in Manhattan that startled some in the media by the remark’s apparent off the wall nature. (Why would he say such a thing they asked) Why indeed?
Was he letting the perpetrators know that by telegraphing that he knew there was a suitcase device aboard MH370? Did CIA or MI-5 know it was there and that it had to be buried in the Indian Ocean in very deep water. So was it CIA or MI-5 that took over the cockpit remotely or physically to save Manhattan or Beijing? Not a conspiracy theory mind you just a though; a random spark of an alcohol tempered ganglion.
If the Feds find out anything negative involving muzzies, like Ft Hood and Fast and Furious, Holder will cover up, obfuscate, lie and be non responsive.
Files can be easly overwritten with some simple, open source, software. Linux has the “shred” command; I have no idea what the Windows equivalent would be- but if the files were indeed overwritten then that would certainly point to ill intent on the part of the pilot.
If the Heading for Bejing was 18* N then a 180* reverse plot towards Kuala Lumpur course would be 198* S.
I would be one of those thinking that the pilots made the adjustments and then succumbed to smoke or decompression.
The plane would have then run into the area where they suspect the plane went down(out of fuel)?
