Well in one article it talked about one of his cohorts “Shrimpboy Chow” who had been convicted of crimes and served 11 years of a 25 year sentance. After he got out of prison he vowed to turn his life around and was honored by Senator Feinstein among others..

Daryl Steinberg seems skittish too. Held a press conference within minutes of the arrest denouncing Yee. Strange.
For the other CA legislator recent arrests, he was saying something to the effect of “innocent until proven guilty”.
I think they were trying to get him out of the California Secretary Of State race so they can put in a a newcomer who hates the Koch Brothers.
Leland Yee had some pretty good name recognition and that is how they keep getting elected.
I find it odd that Feinstein threw him under the bus so fast just seems a bit staged. How come Harry Reid is untouchable he should be out too.

It would have been of interest for the investigation to have continued long enough to find out if Yee really could have acquired missiles.

Then several years ago, undercover FBI agents assigned to Chow infiltrated his criminal organization, and ultimately snared Sen Leland Yee and Lee's campaign consultant Keith Jackson.
