Angered by Georgia's pending expansion of concealed carry laws within state lines, liberal radio host Mike Malloy said he'd like to invite an NRA board member to come meet him, then shoot the board member and claim "Stand Your Ground" in defense.
The Georgia bill--the Safe Carry Protection Act--has passed the state House and Senate but still awaits the governor's signature. It would expand concealed carry into schools, bars, churches, and the portions of airports that are outside the security parameter.
According to Newbusters, Malloy's reaction to the bill's passage was:
[The] organization founded by Gabrielle Giffords...the former Arizona Congresswoman...who was critically wounded in a mass shooting in 2011, she calls it "the most extreme gun bill in America." The NRA, which they're behind this of course, they want guns everywhere....I would like to invite one of the NRA board members, and I'll be armed, let's just get this over with, OK? Come on down to Georgia and I'll be packing heat and you be packing heat or whether you want to or not, I don't give a damn, it's up to you....

Malloy has always been mentally unhinged. Nice to have his insanity really out in the open. Perhaps they can get him with “uttering a terrorist threat” charge. He’s as crazy as Lawrence O’Donnell and Ed Schulz combined, and that takes some doing.
Well Government tells me I have no right to smoke in my own business. So apparently they CAN regulate such things.
You see, Malloy is a liberal comedian, so he can threaten to murder people without consequence.
He has just proved he doesn’t understand guns. No wonder he’s afraid of them. He thinks if you get annoyed with someone you blow him away.
A Conservative Federal Judge was also murdered that day. Damn shame he wasn’t carrying.
If you’re going to use “Stand Your Ground” as a defense, you don’t broadcast it ahead of time.

To me, that is a death threat. Dumb ass liberal had better hope the NRA Board Member doesn’t meet with an accident.
I’m fine with all that, so long as the private businesses/entities mentioned have the final say so over their own property. Government has no more right to tell a bar owner or a church congregation they must allow guns on their property than they do telling them they aren’t allowed.
I also believe that some privately owned places that are effectively public accommodations should not be able to prohibit carry (hotels, malls, theaters, buslines).
Thereby proving his point??????
You forgot to include such places as Facebook, eBay, and other internet sites as public accommodations.
They should not be allowed to discriminate either.
