Massachusetts DCF denies Pelletiers weekly visitation with Justina
Personhood USA ^ | March 28, 2014 | Personhood USA

Posted on 03/28/2014 6:01:56 AM PDT by No One Special

For the past several months, the Pelletiers have met face-to-face with Justina once weekly in supervised visits of no more than one hour. Now, Massachusetts DCF is denying the Pelletiers visitation with Justina in another blatant act of vindictive punishment.

This new act demonstrates DCF's unwillingness to reunite the family and exposes the agency's lack of interest in the welfare of Justina or the Pelletier family. Instead, DCF is concerned with getting back at a family that spoke out against their heavy-handed custody grab.

By prohibiting Justina from seeing her family, DCF is treating her differently than all other minors at the Framingham facility where she is being held. Even convicted criminals in Massachusetts have more weekly visitation time than Justina Pelletier.

Rev. Pat Mahoney, Pelletier family spokesperson, says he spoke to the family last night. "They are deeply troubled but will not give up their efforts to return Justina home," he said. "It is clear now that the only reason the Pelletiers cannot visit their daughter is because Massachusetts DCF is singling out their family for punishment."

Mahoney continued: "We call on Gov. Patrick and DCF authorities to immediately rectify this mistake. It's clear to everyone that Justina needs to be home with her family and that Massachusetts DCF has no concern for her emotional and physical well-being."

Keith Mason, President of Personhood USA, said: "Justina Pelletier is being treated worse than a prisoner under DCF's care. They are punishing Justina to try to cow the Pelletier family into submission. We can't allow DCF to abuse its authority in this flagrant and grotesque fashion."

It is EVIL that informed consent was not obtained
by the Children’s Hospital and their House Officer
to EXPERIMENT on a minor from out of state
WHO WAS UNDER THE CARE of a registered physician
elsewhere.

The rest is coverup of that fact with Dookhan efficiency.

Yep, unbelievable. And, chilling. This may require a black op to rescue this young lady from her captors.

For DCF to cut off weekly visits from her family makes me wonder if they're hoping she'll just die. Really. If Justina's morale hits rock bottom on top of her poor physical condition, she very well could die.

If by some divine intervention this child manages to survive until she's 18, and can leave this "prison", DCF has to know she'll speak out against her treatment. If she's dead, she can't.

I want to know the name of the quack that decided due to his fat ego that it was all in Justina’s head

The lesson is:
The State is the real parents. The all-knowing, all-powerful State can take children away any time it wants. You just have the financial and legal responsibility for them. Your parenting rights belong to the State.

I haven’t followed this story all that closely. Why does the state of Massachusetts not send the girl back to her home state?

I want to know the name of the quack that decided due to his fat ego that it was all in Justina’s head.

"Somatoform disorder" is the new name for "Munchhausen by proxy syndrome," where parents deliberately make children sick so they can have the drama of treating them.

Boston Children's Hospital has a number of doctors who specialize in somatoform disorder, and they are trying to be the world leader in its treatment.

They saw Justina as an opportunity to advance that goal.

Now they just want her to die so they can be done with her, but they don't want to give up control over her because that might call their diagnosis into question if she gets better once she escapes their grasp.

It takes a village to kill a child, and Massachusetts DCF wants to rule that village.

If by some divine intervention this child manages to survive until she’s 18,

My bet is she will be a mental basket case by that time
and will NEVER BE released from an institution.

How about a 50 million $ malpractice suit against this quack as well as against the hospital. Throw in the hospital board of directors also.

After that, take the judge and give him an internet trial. Guilty votes nets him a old fashioned tar and feathering.

Are we ever going to get our country back without force?

How can I put this? Unbelievable?

No.

Not.

The Social Serpents are the self-righteous do-gooders of the nanny State, Hell-bent on imposing their diktat upon the populace, ever reminding you that in the eyes of the State, your children do NOT BELONG TO YOU.

I have personally observed them lying, using their office to carry out vendettas, trying to retain children long after no abuse or wrongdoing was proven.

I know of a child, dropped off by a playmate's parent in her old neighborhood who was snatched off the street by social services, run through a series of foster homes where she got scabies, head lice, chemical burns on her hands from cleaning (to earn back all the possessions she arrived with), for over a year. The caseworker talked about how she was going to torment the mother in the bars, discussing the case with people who had no professional connection--in violation of State Law.

It took over a year for the parents to get the child back.

Visitation was denied relatives including even grandparents and great-grandparents.

NEVER trust those people. NEVER.

They can enter your home without a warrant, they write their own rules, they are the kiddie Gestapo.

Maybe there are a few who do good for some who need it, but I have not seen them.

Remember:

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience."

CS Lewis

My question is why hasn’t this been taken to an appeals court? The people have had their daughter taken from them for over a year. Seems like they have “standing” to challenge the state court.
