What's needed is two thirds, not a mere blow-hard majority.

With two thirds, Barry and Plugs can land on the ash heap of history a couple of years early, high crimes and misdemeanors being whatever a majority of the House and two thirds of the Senate deem them to be. And urban plate glass installers can enjoy a windfall!
