Jessica Dutro believed her 4-year-old son, Zachary Dutro-Boggess was gay, prosecutors told the court Wednesday, and that was her motive for subjecting him to deadly beatings.
Dutro, charged with murder, murder by abuse and second-degree assault, is on trial in Washington County Circuit Court.
Emergency crews brought Zachary to a Portland hospital Aug. 14, 2012, where doctors determined he was dying from trauma to his abdomen that caused tears in his bowel. He was taken off life support two days later.
After jurors were released for the day Wednesday, Judge Don Letourneau ruled that a Facebook message from Dutro to her boyfriend was admissible evidence

Well, I was watching a PBS program last year and ...
The child was not old enough to commit that abominable act, nor even to be among those who “burn in their lusts toward one another, men with men committing that which is not fitting”. And yet those who do such wickedness, and those who approve of it, convinced this woman that her son was one of them. And the boy suffers the consequences.
She’d have done better to listen to God than to these reprobates.
Sometimes you can tell a kid is going to be gay even at 4 years old. A neighborhood kid was very young and just had that “way about him”. Of course it became true much to the parents fear. Nobody can explain it but it happened. However, I doubt the parents would have killed their son regardless.

Well the kid learned it from somewhere. This horsecrap that it is just something they were born with is just that. Horsecrap. But naturally, that is just my opinion but it comes from experience.
Never heard of that little parenting phrase that children learn what they live? At about three years old, just once mistakenly utter a curse word in front of them and it will come right back at ya.
Great, and of course liberals will use this to blast conservatives even though the real reason she killed the kid is because she’s a freakin’ psycho.

A boy being effeminate, or a girl being a tomboy, has nothing to do with homosexual acts. Ignorant people often steer these children toward a homosexual lifestyle, but no four year old child ever independently chooses to engage in homosexual acts. If you beat, torture and berate a child, you shouldn’t be surprised when he takes on submissive (sissy) traits.
Gads, the woman was a raving psycho and like many such people, found a “boyfriend” just like her. The article said that she abused all 3 of her children but really had it in for this little boy.
BTW, the article also reported that she had been doing web searches for “sex with strangers,” so I think it’s going to be hard to make Mommy out to be a fundamentalist nutcase who hated gays. Also, she looks part black or Asian or maybe a combination of the two, so I don’t think she’s really going to be useful to the press’ agenda. (Her “boyfriend,” on the other hand, looks like a white lowlife who probably just got out of jail.)
She was crazy and, IIRC, there had already been reports made to the authorities about her treatment of the children. As usual, of course, they made one of their meaningless home visits and determined that there was nothing to see there...
This looks like a case of a psychotic egg donor (Some might call her, “Mother,” but I shall not) needing a scapegoat, and the enemedia is itching for exactly this kind of headline:

And the rest of them will follow suit.

A girl can be a Tomboy, doesn’t mean she’s going to be a Lesbian.

My sister’s son used to play with barbie dolls at the age of 4. The boy is now 32 and straight as an arrow. Nothing gay about him.
My brother used to steal my Barbies all the time, too. Not gay.
This lady was nuts, and you see people like her at the store sometimes, screaming at kids who are behaving like normal kids.
Know a family who never dreamed their son was gay, although we could see it from an early age.
It was okay with them though as they were already democrats.
Sometimes is not 100 percent. Thank God your nephew is now straight…..that would be horrible for your family.
