A muzzleloader isn’t even considered a firearm under the 1968 law. You can buy them online and have them shipped directly to your home without a background check.

Congress needs to defund whatever office that came up with this stupid rule in DC.

I agree and 20yrs ago the idea might have made sense.

There was a cop who arrested him, a police department who passed this on to the da, a da who saw fit to persecute...er..prosecute him and a judge who agreed and found him guilty.

That is a huge cesspool of mindless stupidity to drain. And the majority of Congress won’t do a damn thing about it.

It WILL come to the absolute refusal to obey these idiots who claim to be “in charge”.

How many minie balls for muzzle loaders are in the ground in DC waiting to be found by children or people working in flower beds who will drop them in a jar and become criminals.
