The word ‘bossy’ can apply to either male or female. On the other hand the word ‘bitch’ applies to female unless you are transgender.
The irony of this pseudo-issue is that it is the leftist harridans like Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama and Debbie Washerwoman Schultz who rank at the top of the “Bossy Witch” list.
No one thinks they know more about how the rest of us should live than a liberal woman in the spotlight.
"STUPID" has now been classified as a dog-whistle term.
It is in line to become banned as one of the new "N" words.
"STUPID" has been replaced by "SMARTLESS".

I thought the “Ban Bossy” thing was some sort of Dem insurgency against another Hillary Clinton run at the presidency. Seriously. They’re wanting to ban another word?

My observation is that women during that time can be snappy, but generally ONLY towards people it is SAFE to be snappy with.

The corresponding guy terms are "bastard" and "asshole".
What the feminists don't get, is that the word "bossy" is applied to people who demand things be done their way, but who have not earned the right to issue orders through achieving legitimate authority.
A manager who demands things be done in a precise way, within her assigned scope of authority, is "firm". A low-level clerk who tells people to do things, without legitimate authority, is "bossy".
This is totally pathetic and pathetic is just one of the “labels” I have had laid on me at some point. It would take a lot of paper and a lot of time to list all the things I have been called in my life.
People need to remember an old children’s rhyme;
Sticks and stones etc.
I have been called many things, both positive and negative, fortunately I learned to realize that very few in either category were really justified.
I love being called “She Who Must Be Obeyed” by my wonderful man!
Most people, whether male or female, are not really cut out for leadership, they should learn to live with it or at least be prepared to take the flak.
