“The reason to vote for a lesser evil is because were responsible adults who dont want the greater evil to prevail.”
Then stop complaining about the GOP since you got the lesser evil you wanted.
Can’t have it both ways folks.

Mitt Romney was far from being a republican and light years away from being a conservative.
Was he the lesser of two evils? I don’t care, I gave up on voting for the lesser of two evils after voting for McCain. I said “never again” and I damn sure meant it.
After the utter disaster of obama, possibly the GOPE will consider backing a conservative - I know, I kid myself.

When the 2016 election comes down to Jeb Bush vs Any Democrat, there is no "lesser" evil. It is purely a tribal election. You are supposed to vote for the guy who belongs to your tribe/family/race. In that sense we have already devolved to third world status where Democracy is of no avail. Democracy forced onto a tribally based society just means you vote for the guy from your own tribe in hơpes that he will plunder the rest of the population for your tribe's benefit.

Id rather be disappointed by Republicans who periodically fail live up to their principles With the leadership, it's not periodically, it's all the time. And it is a great deal worse than just falling short.
It's traitorous back room deals with the enemy. Pushing for amnesty against the will of the majority of voters (and the safety of the country) is not a simple failure to live up to principles. We passed that station a long time ago.

I liked the Cthulhu 2012 slogan Why Vote for a Lesser Evil? but thats a joke, not a program. Then you'll love the Hillary Clinton / Mitt Romney [D] vs John Mcain / Jeb Bush [R] that's planned for 2016.
(The above is meant to be cynical humor, not a suggestion for our elites overlords to show that they're committed to reaching across the aisle.)

Aside from Reagan I can’t think of a federal election where I have voted FOR someone tather than against the other guy.
Can anyone here say they voted FOR mccain because he is McCain?
