The statement was not meant to be taken literally. But if it were lets examine it. Most of the people that would be affected by such an event would enjoy watching any like minded freeper die a slow painful death. Such people regard us as lunatics, religious nuts, gun nuts. Our desire for a limited unobtrusive government with low taxes and few regulations is somehow seen as racist sexist bigoted and homophobic. It is seen as insensitive and uncaring. And the dangerous people that have been brainwashed and conditioned to think this way are all to ready hand over their liberty and liberty of their families and their neighbors and the liberty of 100s of millions of people they do not know. It would sadden me the loss of innocent life especially children. However, many believe that a super quake will one day wipe out the west coast. I just hope in the great tragedy something good comes of it.

And your post at #4 above does what, exactly, to disprove that view when people drop by FR?
Posts like the one you made at 4 not only embarrass FR but drive wedges between conservatives. Being from New England I know I've had my fill of posts wishing torrents of evil on everyone in the northeast. I'm not a liberal, but many FReepers find me and my conservative family members easily expendable in their wishes for disaster du jour on my area of our nation.
