Couple who received pre-marked voter registration card fears govít retribution
Daily Caller ^ | 4/1/14 | Caroline May

The couple who brought a pre-filled out Obamacare voter registration card to the attention of the media, has not stepped forward because they fear government retribution.

The unnamed La Mesa, California couple made national headlines over the weekend when they received a voter registration card from Cover California that had an “x” pre-marked in the box next to the Democratic Party.

The wife told The Daily Caller Tuesday in a phone interview that she knows of at least two other people who have received similar letters — one in San Yisidro the other in Chula Vista Urbana — but she said they are too scared to step forward.

“They’re actually waiting for me to audited, harassed,” she said, adding they want to see what happens to her before they say anything.

According to the wife, the reason she and her husband want to stay unnamed is also due to fear.

We are officially a banana republic - that still happens to be living off the final days of having the world’s reserve currency.

Yes, and we can best believe that the left, the anti-American traitors, are loving the fear they’ve instilled in a formerly free people.

Just wait until Obama has the FCC threaten the TV station that they went to with losing their broadcasting license if they don’t reveal who the couple is.

I was just thinking today how much we have become like the former USSR. Until the Obama regime, it never occurred to me to be frightened of my Government. Banana Republic for sure. How far we have fallen from the free country we used to be.........

The Obama regime can be brutal. They might want to consider leaving the country.

So do I. We’ve got to put ourselves on the line somewhere, this is as good a place as any to do it. Maybe the best place. Also gun registration.

And yet most everyone still cling to the fantasy that elections are going to help save us and turn the ship around.

As if the coup we suffered never actually happened.

“Just vote more Republicans!”

No clue what time it actually is and where this nation finds itself.

Our .gov seems to be aligning with domestic marxist terrorists, illegal immigrants, crimminals who could vote, totalitarian regimes, ideoogies tied with mass murder (oh, is 150 million murder?)... Why do we have enemies when our government is twice as evil?

I am very familiar with La Mesa, CA.
They can get excellent legal help there.
They shouldn’t cower.

I don't blame them for not wanting to be targets of the Democratic machine.

Well, with all the publicity now, they won’t, and I would certainly seek legal assistance.

La Mesa is likely still a Republican strong hold and San Diego has a new Republican mayor.

Better yet, Lakeside is nearby.

:)

What I don’t get is how stupid people are. Once you get in the voting booth you can vote any way you want regardless of how you are registered to vote. At least where I live, anyway...

Once you get in the voting booth you can vote any way you want regardless of how you are registered to vote...However, you might be shut out of the primaries in many areas making it easier for Dems to get weak candidates running against their candidate. Just a thought.

party primary he/she wants to participate in. JMO

Wow... with this, they’ve crossed the Rubicon.

A citizen of the United States of America has a legitimate fear of retaliation from a government agency if they report voting procedure violations conducted by one of the political parties.

Seriously, folks. We don’t have much chance left.

You are correct sir. I am not one of them. When the Obungler was re elected, I knew that elections no longer mattered. Using logic, there is no way this should have happened. Too many LIVs. The rats and RINOs are screwing us royally.

One may have to vote the way they are registered in a Primary election, but not in the General Election in November. You can still vote the way you want, regardless.
