Sought mental health at the VA ?
"Sought"? They are trying to cram it down your throat!
You cannot call or visit the VA these days without someone asking you if are going whacko. IIRC, they ask you that before they tell you that "if you are having a medical emergency, call 911".
It has been that way for several years.
