It’s pretty granular. Click the opera logo in the top-left, Settings -> Preferences or Quick Preferences and there are several things you can set. You can shut off cookies and referrers, for example. Caveat: I use the older, v12 one so the interface might have changed since.

The New Testament also affirms that homosexual acts deserve capital punishment.
The problem with conservatives is not our intolerance and bigotry. It has been our tolerance of evil and apathy toward its victims. God called us to stand up for the rights of orphans, but these defenseless children are being turned over in masses to homosexuals as foster and adoptive parents all across this nation. God is going to hold all of us to account for our tolerance, apathy and inaction.

Conservative’s have real numbers and vote with their wallets as opposed to the lavender mafia who make a lot of noise . Mozilla will regret this action.
