wait for it,
in a couple of months these figures too will be corrected DOWNWARDS
like everything else the magic negro and his minions touch.
U6 up to 12.7% from 12.6% in February
U.S. private-sector employment hits all-time high of 116,087,000
Health care added 19,000 jobs, food service added 30,000, and construction added 19,000.
Participation rate climbs to 63.2% from 63.0% in February
“Obama’s War on Prosperity Continues!”
A GOP talking point if there ever was one that should be shouted from the rooftops.
unemployment is not at 6.7, or even double that, it is at 20%
I’ll wait for the revised numbers.
The employment numbers are just as phony as the Obamacare enrollment numbers, and for much the same reasons.
The whole objective in this this exercise in cooking the books is to make the Current Regime look good for the instant in which the news is released. No matter what the revisions may show later on, the world got that snapshot “selfie” of the Current Occupant now squatting in the White Hut, with the broad grin and “I got away with it again” demeanor.
Even endlessly repeated BS remains BS. But who keeps score?
After looking for over a year and submitting countless applications all over the country, my son finally found a job, so he’s counted in those 192K, I presume.
Scant consolation for a man with a JD. Many of his law school friends are still looking for jobs or working for slave wages.
By noon it will be the most dramatic economic turnaround in a century.
Hey there are more lawyers than needed, so if any of them find any kind of job, the money is beside the point. They should be thankful they can think and that they have a job.
192,000 new MONTHLY jobs
1.2 million new MONTHLY unemployed
I never fully understood the New Math, but those numbers just don’t look encouraging.
I have been looking for months and have had 9 interviews thus far. Horrible job market.....everyone I talk to says the same thing. Am going back for my MBA because in this economy, I just need to.
If I’m reading that chart right almost all of the growth was in part time employment.
At a minimum, part-time should be counted as something like half a job...otherwise someone is lying by omission. 476000 employment increase with 414000 of that part time employment added for various reasons.
I posted a job for a marketing person for my small company and had 147 highly qualified people apply for it.
Part-Time Nation: Number Of High-Wage Jobs Added In March: +2,000
Slide 10 shows a slight uptick in part-time as a percent of total employed:
Does anyone know how to find or determine vacancy rates for retail, office, and industrial properties?
Everywhere I go, the vancancies of these properties seems to be at a very high level, way more than 6.7%
That isn’t his knob but it’s him polishing.
Yes. February was originally +175K and was revised to +197K
The revised numbers will be just as fake, too.
If Obama gets there before the midterms he and his capon media will be doing victory laps.
Son had a JD and an MBA. That might have been a strike against him because he was viewed as being overqualified for MBA type jobs. He was getting ready to throw in the towel on finding an attorney’s job and just go back to school for a CPA degree. With his business and finance courses, getting a CPA would have taken him another year or so.
He said the market for CPA’s is still pretty good.
PTL he got his foot in the door with a law firm.
Best wishes for finding a job or in your future educational pursuits.
