The house is located in Bath, a peaceful wooded suburb, in picturesque terrain. You could rest easy there, the only "African" you would have to worry about combat with would be a nearby neighbor named Lebron James. The rest of the neighbors are just good prosperous people. Maybe you best stay in southwestern Ohio, with your .357 to keep you happy.

Totally agree, but then I am a little biased having been born and raised in Bath. It is a fabulous and most beautiful town. In fact, we lived about a mile and a half from the Dahmer home. Before all the news came out, my sister even looked at buying that house! YIKES! It really is a beautiful home on a most lovely lot.

I would buy it if I was looking in that area. Big deal that the house has a horrid past. Unless you believe you are going to do the same thing then it is no big deal. That might keep the kids coming to the door on Halloween
lol. Seriously, I find that so silly
.other homes have the same problem. The only home that never has issues is the “Mendez Home” which of course it won't because it is in Bel Air California
..people living there aren't stupid.

Cue Amityville Horror voice “GET OUT!”

Yup!
The jingle could go something like this!
“Ya put the leg bone in,
Ya take the leg bone out,
Ya put the leg bone in,
and ya shake it all about,...”

OMG I think I just lost my appetite. Actually it is not far fetch. I believe one of the Donner Party survivor actually opened up a restaurant.

Didn’t Jeffry gave his life to Christ 2 weeks before he was murdered?

Looks like someone is standing by the window =)

The thought came from the Cullen Davis mansion in Fort Worth. He was charged with a double murder in the mid-seventies, but later acquitted. His mansion was made into a dinner theater.

Sorry, dude. I got out of that state 35 years ago and never looked back.

I think it was more than two weeks. Maybe not a whole year.
