A million and a half Aids patients cost an average $30 grand per year. Year after year for a population that is probably pretty young when they get the disease…
So about 3 insurance policy payers support one aids patients.

State versus CIA has been a behind the scenes argument for years. State (can’t we all get along) versus CIA (we’ll kill you if you don’t act the way we want you to).
State seems to have an over abundance of liberals in it and CIA has more conservative members so they’ve had different goals and philosophies. Conservative Secretaries of State have often had problems with State employees doing things on their own to the detriment of our country.
Obamacare was designed to destroy the insurance industry and forcing Americans into Nationalized healthcare. We will then be a Marxist country.
General Hayden brushing off Benghazi as a told you so dispute was pretty devastating. Of course CIA was going to tell them not to go there on 9/11 without enough force, but Hillary knew better.
That was the dispute.

Add in the majority of the signups being put on medicaid atR5,500 per year and you have a huge unpaid for welfare bill that someone will have to pay for. Unless... the regime just prints the money ala Bernanke/yellen. Just one more way to destroy a nation. Run it into irretrievable bankruptcy which will be inevitable unless zerocare is stopped 100%.

It all depends on what the meaning of the word "work" is.
If you mean, its purpose was to run the health carriers out of business by destroying the concept of insurance, and their ability to do business and make a meager profit; then it "works" perfectly.
If you mean does it "work" to provide millions of Americans with high quality affordable health insurance (ACA).....not so much.
Looks like the car is deeper in the ditch and up to the axles?
