NY State Sen. Adriano Espaillat is running for Congress. Espaillat, born in the Dominican Republican, was the first Dominican in the Legislature. The Congressional district has shifted from majority African-American to Hispanic. Half-black, half-Puerto Rican Charlie Rangel currently holds the seat--but was censured in 2010 for a slew of ethics violations, including using a rent-stabilized apartment as his campaign office and failing to pay taxes on his Dominican Republic villa. Rangel defeated Espaillat by about 1,000 voters two years ago. Preacher Michael Walrond — w/ close ties to Rev. Al Sharpton — is also running.

The FBI is hot on the tail of NY state Democrat Sen. Adriano Espaillat (D-Manhattan), a Dominican native, and his penchant for sucking up tax dollars for so-called “needy latino community groups.” Dominican-born Democrat Espaillat sucked up 100 “member items” as an assemblyman, including $500,000 public monies for his tax-exempt nonprofit, the grandiously named, “Northern Manhattan Coalition for Economic Development.”

(NOTE WELL: “Member items” is a nauseating extortion scam for greedy NY state legislative members---several have been nailed for similar scams).

DOMINICAN-BORN DEMOCRAT ESPAILLAT IS KNOWN AS SENATOR PORK FBI agents want to know about Democrat Espillat’s use of public monies for “needy groups” that employed a covey of Dominican Republic natives including Espaillat’s sister-in-law, a Democratic district leader and several campaign consultants.

FBI scrutiny comes as DEMOCRAT Espaillat’s ex-COS sings about Albany corruption---after he got wired for the FBI. Nelson Castro, a Dominican Republic native, got wired to save himself—---earlier, he lied to the FBI WRT a parade of Dominican Republic illegals, who elected him using corrupt methods including registering to vote in several districts---even using Castro’s address to register.

Espillat zipped his lips when asked whether Dominican Democrat Castro was singing to the FBI about Espaillat.

BTW, Espaillat’s economic development scam closed down in 2011 when the electorate was onto the member items scam. But Espillat appointed his scammong n/p’s executive director to a $50,000-a-year job as Sen Espaillat’s “special assistant.”

(Mmmmmm.....sure would like to see Dominican Republic native Nurys de Oleo's job description---up against his actual state duties for Espaillat.)

NOTE Some material gleaned from NY Post reporting.

Good morning!!!

It's surprising to me that Charlie is running again. You'd think he'd have seen the writing on the wall in 2012..when he just eked out a win. The demographics of his district are even LESS favorable this time out.

So why is he risking an ignominous defeat to end his career, when even if he did win, he'd be serving in the minority.

I have a theory..Look as his pics... or watch him on the tube. He doesn't look well.. His face looks gaunt, hollow...he's slowed down him now to two years ago...I have..( Maybe someone can post side by side pics.

I think he's ill...likely cancer..and terminal. I hope it's not the case, I wish that on nobody...but pictures don't lie.

I think he intended to retire this time, but his ego and narcissism is so overblown, that he wants to die in Congress...with all the pomp and eulogies that would generate.

And lets' NOT forget that little year's salary ($172,000) that Congress bestows on the families of members who die while in office. Bet ole Charlie would enjoy screwing the taxpayers one last time..

In summary..if you're going to participate in a "death pool" in 2015, Rangel's your guy...
