I am afraid it is going to take someone like you who is willing to tell them to GFY and take it all the way to the USSC when they come after you and hopefully we’ll have 5 judges at that point that agree this has got to stop.

But how do they come after me? What would be the claim against me? That is the problem they have, and I wish more of us realized it. They really have no power over most of us. We only think they do. I have no business that can deny them service. I don’t talk about it at work.

So what crime would I be guilty of that they could even attempt to sue over? And that is their frustration point. They know that I have a right to say what I do if they have, in fact, engaged in discussion with me. One was a barrista at Starbucks in downtown Seattle and, after he made the drink I said, never mind, and walked out.
