Where do you see any information about a Russian speaking suspect?

For reference, many are very sophisticated.

Some of them can attach to any machine.

Notice they all have gaps where they attach to ATMs. Don't attempt to remove one or you
may be convicted as the perp, or assaulted by the perp from behind, knockout style.

Some will not allow you to get money, but are there to record your pin number on the attempt.
On some, a Camera catches your card numbers and the pad records your pin.

Some decent workmanship on those examples. Easy to see how people can be fooled. I have to admit when I use the ATM at my local bank my brain is usually on cruise control, I’m not looking critically at the hardware.

So how do these devices pick up the 3 digit code on the back of your card? Is that what the camera is for?

I think they go after bank debit cards? I know that machine at the station and in the past I have used another there.I have time and will use an agent in the station at the next stop. The last time this happened it was Romanians that were caught!

Don't need the 3-digit code. My friend had his numbers stolen and a card was
made in Sacramento where the perp went shopping for makeup that easily resells online.
He had a neighbor selling new merchandise and he didn't have a job. Items purchased
with stolen card numbers.

Cards are easy to make with just a $300-400 investment.
Search: ""70-Character Manual PVC Card Embosser "" and you'll find many.

Also search "Credit Card Blanks" and you'll see how easy it is to get those also.
Many are official looking.
