On Fox News Channel’s “Special Report” on Tuesday, network senior political analyst Brit Hume concurred with a statement Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) had made earlier in the day about the failings of the President Barack Obama’s foreign policy under the direction of Secretary of State John Kerry.

According to Hume, much of what the Obama administration had aimed to accomplish was reliant on Russia, which as of now has a relationship with the United States in disrepair.

McCain has no room to talk.

The Obama Doctrine isn’t working? How can this be? Everyone knows that appeasing terrorists and showing weakness makes the world a safer and happier place. They’re all supposed to like us better if we just apologize to them constantly for our arrogance and say Bush is bad.

Depends on what your definition of “failure” is, I suppose. Do you think John Kerry considers our loss in Vietnam as a failure?

Somebody let Brit know they are late to the party.
The collapse happened in ‘09 during zero’s apology tour.

The same as the domestic policy.

Done on purpose.

Because of hatred of Christianity, the Constitution, and capitalism.

McCain hasn’t seen a potential war yet that he doesn’t want to get us involved in.

The problem with the Obama Admin is they view Russia as thinking like themselves. They seem to believe that Putin had some accord with their views on the global economy, peace making and cooperation to steer the world into a some leftist visionary future.

Russians do not think like Westerners or Easterners for that matter. Russians are very different.

The ludicrous “Re-Set” button concept disregards Russia’s entire history and imperial past. To understand Russia is to try to unwrap Rus and Kiev and the Byzantine alliance and then go forward through their history. Not easy and not easily understood as to the Russian psyche.

State apparently is either being disregarded or they don’t have the Russia specialists they once did.

Wrong, Wrong, Wrong!
The Obama doctrine is working well as its purpose was and is to reduce USA influence around the world.
it is a stunning success.

Yep, the Obama Doctrine is basically surrender. But everything is backwards to these liberals.

I’m ‘deeply disappointed’ that we have idiots running our foreign policy. I’m sure the rest of the world feels the same way.

“I’m sure the rest of the world feels the same way.”

Especially the countries that haven’t had to spend any money on national security and were free to redistribute the wealth. They are pretty bummed. Obama probably had a 70 to 80 percent approval in these countries earlier in his presidency.

If Hume is correct, which I think he is....Putin played Obama like a violin ...

My Word.... This administration is living in a fantasy world....

They actually believe the hype that Obama is the smartest guy in the room....
