WASHINGTON, DC - House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) issued the following statement after the House Ways & Means Committee sent a criminal referral letter to the U.S. Attorney General outlining probable criminal actions taken by Lois Lerner during her tenure at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS):
“The Ways & Means Committee, led by Chairman Camp, has conducted a serious and thorough investigation of the IRS, uncovering abuses and criminal acts that should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The House has also passed legislation to stop the IRS from targeting Americans over their political beliefs, but the president and Senate Democrats continue to block the bill. Our investigations at the Ways & Means and Oversight & Government Reform Committees continue. As I’ve said, if Lois Lerner continues to refuse to testify, then the House will hold her in contempt. And we will continue to shine the light on the administration’s abusive actions and use every tool at our disposal to expose the truth and ensure the American people get the answers they deserve.”
NOTE: On February 26, the House passed the Stop Targeting of Political Beliefs by the IRS Act (H.R. 3865), but Senate Democrats have refused to vote on the measure.

I was in a Sergeant missile battery (nuclear) in Germany on Nov. 22, 1963. We were alerted 1 hour before the assassination to go to our emergency firing position with our missiles. After loading our basic load, moving to the site and setting up the launcher in the firing position, I wandered over to the communications truck and I contemporaneously heard and read the flash on the teletype that our com sergeant was monitoring. Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. Shots fired in Dallas. I think the Pentagon was worried about what the Russian reaction might be so they had a little insurance in case their plans went awry.
I just knew someone would finally confess. LBJ thanks you too and asks for some relief from all the heat.

So you’re saying that the government knew about the assassination BEFORE it took place?
Man, you got it all wrong. It was aliens.
I would say that the Pentagon knew. Only the Pentagon would have the authority to make orders for us to alert and move, and only the President (Lyndon Johnson by then, I presume) would have the authority and codes to fire the missiles. So maybe the Pentagon, along with possibly Lyndon Johnson, knew of it.
Waite, I thought Al Haig was in charge.

Lerner anchored and cleated our TEA boat officialy in 2010 but was working on it since at least the early 90s.

It seems Holder stands with criminals more than with those who believe in law.
