Obamacare has won. And that's why Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius can resign.

Or, the administration had Kathleen agree to stay for six months so it wouldn't look like she was fleeing a debacle. IOW, it's all about managing the "optics".

So in the end, all it took for obamacare to win, was to fabricate compliant enrollment numbers. They knew that so-called journalists would run interference against doubters and would assist in propagating the lie.

More than 7 million people look to have signed up for health insurance through the exchanges.

These people could have purchased insurance BEFORE the exchange was built - DUMBASS - this just added a stupid bureaucracy on TOP of purchasing insurance (I'm certain there are no costs for that - unless you count the MILLIONS to build non-working websites)! AND, at least 5 million Americans LOST their insurance, so at best you are looking at a 2 million increase (far from the 40-50 million uninsured, whom this law was designed to help)!

Millions more have signed up through Medicaid.

Uh...NO, these millions are included in that 7 million - DUMBASS! You make it sound like those who were elegible for Medicaid/Medicare couldn't get it before ObamaCare and that they are another million+ on top of the the 7 million - no they are NOT!

And millions beyond that have signed up for insurance through their employers.

And once again, something that they could have done BEFORE the law!

I just don't understand how these people can pat themselves on the back for getting people to do something that is now technically the LAW! That's like the police throwing a party because most people actually follow the posted speed limit! WOO-HOO! More importantly, I really don't understand how these idiots can be proud and proclaim "success" when a program, designed to help 40-50 million has ACTUALLY only helped less than a million! WOO-HOO!

As much as FReepers will never admit it, the best thing would have been for Sebelius to remain the face of Obamacare, a failure running a failed program. Now, they get to start all over from scratch.
