An Alabama state lawmaker, Rep. Alvin Holmes, who rocked national headlines with his perceived racist claim that few whites in the nation would ever adopt black children — and who then backed his view with a $100,000 bet — may now have to pay up, or at least shut up.
Faces of Families in Alabama started a Facebook page for families in the state to post their pictures and stories about their mixed-race adoptions. So far, the page has more than 7,000 “likes,” and the group is fielding new photos on a daily basis that show how families come in all colors and mixed races, The Blaze reported.
The group took their outrage to the steps of the State House this week as a more in-your-face demonstration to Mr. Holmes of just how diverse families in the state really were, the media outlet said.
But the peaceful protest hardly shook Mr. Holmes‘ views.

THEY don’t pay their taxes—it’s not likely THEY would pay off a bet. THEY are more likely to look for an out saying that it was racist to bet against THEM.

Seems to me that blacks don’t adopt black kids... Kind of like black men do not marry black women. It’s sad...

And that doesn’t even count all the old people that are having to raise their mixed race grandchildren after their pathetic slut daughters went out, got impregnated, then abandoned them on their door steps or had dfacs remove the children because of drug use and neglect.
It seems to be an epidemic. It is really sad for these elderly when the last thing they should be thinking about is raising children.
I’m positive he will neither pay up NOR shut up.
Black racists did their best to ban the adoption of black children by white families in the 80’s. They failed in court.
