Demetrio Campbell, a suburban Chicago man, is charged with raping a 4-year-old girl in a Calumet Park home while others were inside and smoking a cigarette afterward.
Cook County state's attorney's spokeswoman Tandra Simonton says Campbell, 27, had earlier tried to entice the victim and her older sister to come to him as they played outside Sunday. However, the girls ignored the 27-year-old man and ran into the house, locking the doors.
Simonton says Campbell kicked the door in, ordered one of two older people to leave a bedroom where he then raped the 4-year-old.
Police summoned by the person ordered out the room found Campbell smoking a cigarette in a closet.

I was going to say the southerners should have picked their own cotton but actually seems to me the blacks for the most part had good respectable families for years until the rats decided to use them as leverage for power and turned them into victims needing handouts instead of standards for decent behavior. My grandmother used to say “give a dog a bad name and he’ll live up to it”.
Silly me thought that the one consolation when zero was elected would be the end of the “poor me, you owe me” blacks. Boy, I couldn’t have been more wrong!
Judging by his name and appearance, maybe half Mexican and half black?
At the least, he should be hanged for this, but the justice system doesn’t do that any more. Let’s hope that at least they keep him locked away for the rest of his life, so he won’t continue to do this kind of thing. Evidently he’s at least a third-time offender.
Like it or not, back in my day, said ‘suspect’ would have been lucky to make it out of the closet, and if he did, after a ‘visit’ to the Emergency Room, would have considered himself very LUCKY to have made it to arraignment.
Maybe that is one reason why we didn’t hear much of this stuff back in the 40’s/50’s/60’s, the ‘doers’ were not willing to ‘pay the price’.
Oh yes, wouldn’t be surprised if the child’s family didn’t get to ‘interview’ the ‘doer’ before it got to court.
Notice in a ‘story’ about 2 illegals getting a couple of years for raping a 12(?) year old that they got a ‘couple of years’ then deportation BUT it mentioned they were going into ‘GenPop’ because they didn’t QUALIFY for treatment at other facilities.
Let them ALL go to Gen Pop and give them ‘treatment’ prior their release to the Public.

No one is going to break into my house and order me to do anything unless they have me seriously outgunned! But I saw nothing about a weapon.

This really smells like this was some crack house, with the “adults in the room” just having a puff of the rock and couldn’t give two hoots what this dude was doing.
Besides, always heard in the holder culture, a virgin was a 4 YO who could outrun her oldman.
Some crimes just have “death penalty” all over them. Failing that, putting them in with the general population is the righteous thing to do as well.
