He was infamous here in the Ozarks for publishing a white supremist “newspaper” and leaving copies in random driveways. He’d go around at night to make his unrequested deliveries.

And he ran here in Missouri twice an an independent write-in. Whatever political leanings he may have are so far out of the mainstream of any of the parties to make them irrelevant.
It’s easy to claim to have been SOF, and easy to get away with because most people don’t bother to check. There are former SOFers who make a practice of outing posers, and I’m sure they’re searching their databases as we speak.

Rather odd that he finally acted on his anti-Semitism after 30 years. I guess his mental illness finally manifested itself. It will be interesting to see how he justifies this seemingly meaningless act, considering his long history of kookery. .
Usually anti-Semites go for grandiose gestures, mostly conspiring with undercover cops to blow up a synagogue or similar structure. They are notoriously sloppy, going in league with anyone who will listen to their manifestos.
