The controversy over a Nevada ranchers decades-long use of public land without paying federal grazing fees has quickly become a national issue one that Glenn Beck on Monday urged Americans to fully understand before taking a side on.
We did some research online with PsyID today, and found that theres about 10 or 15 percent of the people who are talking about this online that are truly frightening, Beck said on his television program. They dont care what the facts are. They just want a fight.
Beck said there are many decent, small-government proponents from groups like the Tea Party supporting Bundy, and they need to be aware that the controversy has drawn violent, anti-government individuals who are the rights version of Occupy Wall Street, as well....

Very disappointed in Beck over this. He’s whining about it, now.
Translation: I don’t get to lead this movement (and make money), so it’s “scary.” Beck is a fraud.
Beck’s on a kumbaya, turn the other cheek, yes sir may I have another rampage the past two days. I had to turn it off.
I can’t believe that I used to like Glenn Beck. I guess I’m not the only one who fell for his shtick though.
Beck is just urging caution, and rightfully so.
I see nothign wrong with his statement. Some people on our side ARE just itching for the fight to begin, and it is easy to see why.
This is the libs trying to stir up trouble. The only reason this story is reported is because they think they can paint Beck in a bad light. You fell for it.
But on the other hand, if this were 1770-1775 Beck would be advising patriots to avoid the actions that directly led to our independence.
So I do not think he's entirely correct. We have a corrupt government threatening violence. Prayer is appropriate. But it is possible there will be a time for action.
Meh. We’ve all fallen for many a schtick in our lives. No problem there and you’ve got company. It’s people who don’t eventually realize it and move on that worry me. I admire those who say, “Well. Guess I was wrong about that one.” Chuckle a little and move on.
I’ve heard Beck call Harry Reid an evil man many times. Beck despises Reid.
Jaysus H Christmas, Beck, you back on the sauce?
From the get go, Beck seemed off to me. Nothing has changed my opinion.
I fell for it? I don’t care if you got here in 1937, don’t patronize me, okay?
Beck uses the David and Goliath comparison. Well, David used violence to take the giant down. He contradicts himself.
Which means 85-90% of the people who are talking about this online are being completely reasonable. But let's govern based on the exceptions to the rule....
I dunno, bro. GB always has have the aura of a P.T. Barnum to me.
Beck is a cultist and an (ex?)alcoholic, so I pay no attention to his theological ramblings.
BTW, this is BECK’S website doing the “reporting” on his statement, Einstein!
He has become a cartoon
I usually can only take about 5 or 6 minutes of Beck and his sidekicks on the radio.
has had - Dammit - What a day for my grammar to go to hell.
I’ve got to admit that I was a little rattled by the admission of the strategy of putting women and children out front so they could be filmed getting shot first.
And buy gold. And buy plant seeds.
And we'll be back tomorrow with a truly frightening expose of that one thing that we're gonna expose...
I'd like to see that video, you know the one that isn't where they guy got tazed three times, or the one where someone lunged at a dog (but not seen in the video), or where the 57 year old lady got thrown down.... Yeah, I'd like to see all that scary 'lunging' going on.
Yes, there were a couple instances where certain protesters were prone in sniper stance, but I'd bet that there were also government goons doing the same thing...much farther out of normal sight.
I'd also have like to have not been bombarded with "shit hit the fan" popup adds from "The Blaze" [his site] for that dystopian cataclysm his ads hawk. But, hey, THIS isn't scary like all that 'lunging' going on.
I listened to him for a while. I finally concluded he's out for himself, and that there is something very wrong with his mental capability.
I do believe you’ve hit the nail on the head. I never thought he was a core Conservative. Perhaps now he’s trying to get back with the “In Crowd”.
Glen treated this ‘Change’ as something new that he could capitalize upon. He’s quoted history of the ‘Progressives’ but has learned nothing from it.
The term is charlatan.
I wonder if Hannity and Levin will back away from him?
Was that ever really confirmed? And who planned it?
I did like Beck during his time on Fox. I thought his presentations were excellent.
But what happened to him here? Very disappointing.
I’ll check him out. :)
Beck has a point here, but being a bit dramatic. Peaceful civil disobedience is a much more effective in my opinion.
He has become a cartoon
It was a short journey.
The way Beck’s been acting the last 6 months leads me to believe he’s had a midnight session with The One who laid out his NSA profile or photographs doing some things he shouldn’t have. Its the Jimmy Baker / Swaggert takedown method. Beck hasn’t been acting like himself the past few months. I wonder if the real one was kidnapped and a clone put in his place
Which is it? Can’t be the “right’s version of Occupy Wall Street” and “truly frightening” because they were anything but.
Same here.......and I haven’t a clue.
The BFLM is currently a more accurate abbreviation of the BLM.
The BFLM is the abbreviation for the Bureau of FEUDAL Land Management.
Feudalism is what Europe was based on, and if it was good enough for Europe, then it is good enough for America!
Currently, the purpose of the BFLM is to provide land, free of charge, to the Commune-organized Obamanation to do with as the ruling Senate and Administration Feudal Lord Democrats see fit.
Predictions are that the cave-in Doormat Republican Leaders will, as usual, just huff and puff on TV, as required by the 2 year Congressional No Fight Deal that Ryan, Pelosi, Reid and Obama have forced them to sign.
Obama now knows in his smug arrogance that his Obamanation Transformation of the United States of America will continue unchallenged as long as Boehner and McConnell are kept in power as leaders in Congress.
All ye lowly, collateral-damaged, Feudal Serfs bow to thine arrogant Feudal Democrat Lords!
Beck is 100% correct. Bundy’s alleged thinking is like OWS, i.e. ‘Since I’m a member of the public, I can do what I like on public lands.’ Follow that with his refusal to obey lawful court orders, and you have an Occupier just wearing a different jersey.
BTW, the fact he and his family paid grazing fees for DECADES to the Fed. Gov’t tells you that his a fraud. Just when did he come to this brilliant legal conclusion that the land really belonged to Nevada?
Beck can always be counted on to disappoint.
The founding fathers tried all avenues of attaining freedom for years and years before the revolution. We have not tried all avenues yet, actually very few of them.
How much easier would it be to have a convention of states and write into the constitution huge limitations of power of the feds? Would be a h*ll of a lot easier than taking on the United States Armed Forces!
Remember all those videos from Iraq of the smart weapons blasting to h*ll a bunch Iragis? You don’t think they would use them on us? Just sayin....
It would be bigger than a "canary in the coal mine" if the Fedcoats were willing to open up on women & children with automatic weapons and sniper rifles while they were being videotaped, over cows.
I think he’s just cautioning, as some of these people are plants trying to cause violence, paid for by Soros, so conservatives/Tea Party will be blamed.
“Translation: I dont get to lead this movement (and make money), so its scary. Beck is a fraud.”
Perhaps, maybe Beck feels the need to be a contrarian just to show he’s being different and separating himself from the rest of the pack. It’s how he tries to differentiate himself from other pundits in an attempt to gain more ratings.
Peaceful civil disobedience under a government that acts part and parcel within the confines of its established laws, I might agree on.
However, as in the same language suggested in the Declaration of Independence, peaceful disobedience is, frankly, a waste of time. There comes a time where substantive action is required.
Read it. Read all of it. Scan down through the indictment of King George and the recount of all his misdeeds. It reads damned near the same arrogant, reckless, lawless actions that this president (and his agencies) have committed.
I’m not gonna go through the litany of intentional misdeeds, but they are ALL there. Every bit, to a tee.
