Beck Warns Americans Against Falling in With ‘Right’s Version of Occupy Wall Street’ (Bundy)

The controversy over a Nevada rancher’s decades-long use of public land without paying federal grazing fees has quickly become a national issue — one that Glenn Beck on Monday urged Americans to fully understand before taking a side on.

“We did some research online with PsyID today, and found that there’s about 10 or 15 percent of the people who are talking about this online that are truly frightening,” Beck said on his television program. “They don’t care what the facts are. They just want a fight.”

Beck said there are many “decent, small-government proponents from groups like the Tea Party” supporting Bundy, and they need to be aware that the controversy has drawn “violent, anti-government” individuals who are “the right’s version of Occupy Wall Street,” as well....

Translation: "I've been a plant all along, held in reserve for just such a situation. And besides, Harry Reid is a Mormon, just like me, he couldn't be evil."

Beck is just urging caution, and rightfully so.

I see nothign wrong with his statement. Some people on our side ARE just itching for the fight to begin, and it is easy to see why.

This is the libs trying to stir up trouble. The only reason this story is reported is because they think they can paint Beck in a bad light. You fell for it.

As a Christian I understand what Beck is saying.

But on the other hand, if this were 1770-1775 Beck would be advising patriots to avoid the actions that directly led to our independence.

So I do not think he's entirely correct. We have a corrupt government threatening violence. Prayer is appropriate. But it is possible there will be a time for action.
